DYLAN LACOURSIERE, COO/NCSO

DYLAN BEGAN HIS CAREER IN CONSTRUCTION IN 2009 WORKING FULL TIME DURING THE SUMMER AS A PAINTER, SURVEYOR, AND FLAGGER. UPON GRADUATION OF HIGH SCHOOL DYLAN ATTENDED NAIT AND RECEIVED HIS JOURNEYMAN PAINTER & DECORATOR CERTIFICATE. IN TURN, HE BECOME A PROJECT MANAGER AND HAS EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE MANAGING CREWS. HE HAS ALSO SINCE BEEN AWARDED HIS NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION SAFETY OFFICER (NCSO) CERTIFICATION AND MOST RECENTLY IN 2015 HIS RED SEAL JOURNEYMAN PAINTER CERTIFICATE. DYLAN HAS VAST EXPERIENCE IN THE SAFETY, PAINTING, AERIAL, AND TRAFFIC CONTROL INDUSTRIES.

 

MARSHAL ROBERTSON-BARTER, COO

MARSHAL ENTERED THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AT THE AGE OF 15 STARTING WITH CARPENTRY WORK IN RESIDENTIAL HOMES. AT 16 HE THEN MOVED INTO COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PAINTING AND SURVEYING. AFTER HAVING 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE HE ATTENDED NAIT AND RECEIVED HIS CABINET MAKING AND FINISHING CARPENTRY CERTIFICATE. DURING HIS APPRENTICESHIP, HE WAS PLACED IN A MANAGERIAL ROLE. ONCE HIS APPRENTICESHIP WAS COMPLETE HE THEN CONTINUED TRAINING AND TAKING ON APPRENTICES OF HIS OWN. AFTER 6 YEARS WORKING IN THE TRADE MARSHAL RETURNED TO THE COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PAINTING INDUSTRY. MARSHAL SPECIALISES IN RUNNING CREWS IN THE FIELD, TRAINING NEW EMPLOYEES AND BRINGING INVIGORATING, UNIQUE IDEAS AND EXPERIENCE TO THE MANAGEMENT TEAM. HE ALSO MANAGES THE CARPENTRY & CUSTOM FINISHINGS DIVISION.

 

MITCH LACOURSIERE, CFO

IN HIS EARLY YEARS, MITCH HAD SPENT HIS SUMMERS ON THE ROAD PAINTING, OR IN THE OFFICE DOING PAPERWORK. AFTER GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL HE ATTENDED NAIT AND RECEIVED HIS BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION DEGREE WITH A FINANCE EMPHASIS, ALL WHILE MAINTAINING A PART TIME JOB AT MULTIPLE COMPANIES. MITCH HAS REPRESENTED NAIT AT THE ALBERTA DEANS CASE COMPETITION AND THE ROTMAN INTERNATIONAL TRADING COMPETITION NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE. NOW AS CO-OWNER, MITCH STRIVES TO ENSURE THAT CLIENTS CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON ASAP TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES THEY NEED.
